LUUM Service Policy

LUUM cares deeply about team safety and has a safe workplace policy with zero-tolerance of any threatening or intimidating conduct towards our team members. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service to anyone who violates LUUM’s or any of our store partner’s policies.

LUUM also reserves the right to restrict or refuse service to customers who have missed more than one appointment or to customers who show up too late to receive their scheduled service.
