LUUM Service Policy

LUUM cares deeply about our team members and their safety. It is LUUM's policy to provide a workplace that is safe and free from all threatening and intimidating conduct. We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal or physical assaults directed towards our team members. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service to anyone who:  verbally or physically threatens or assaults any of our team members or any other store employee or customer; causes a scene by yelling, swearing, or making a mess; is intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance; or violates any of our or our store partner's rules.

LUUM also reserves the right to restrict or refuse services to customers who have missed more than one appointment or to customers who show up too late to receive their scheduled service.
